The Trail of Lights was AMAZING this year. They started selling these Zip passes, which basically lets you get really close parking and access to the park an hour before the general public. They only sell a certain number, so you are so not crowded. It was the best time- Alice loved the lights so much and kept asking "what's that" for animals or characters she didn't know. We drank hot chocolate, stopped and ate dinner at a food trailer and danced to Christmas music. She got to walk at her own pace and take her time at the displays. I absolutely loved it.
Alice just really loves music and singing and dancing. We have several musical ornaments that she loves to push the buttons on and dance around. She even sings jingle bells which is the cutest thing ever- perhaps she'll sing it when I have video on one day!
Both Alice and Max have been pretty good with the tree- Alice likes to gently touch the ornaments, especially her Elmo one and the music ones! And Max only nibbles on the pine sometimes. :) We finally got a few presents wrapped- THANKS ZACK, so our tree doesn't look so naked! I love everything about Christmas, starting with the way my house looks all decorated. It makes me happy.
